1 cup of organic black beans, rinsed
2 mangoes, seeded and chopped
4 green onions
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
handful of cilantro, washed and diced
1/2 lime squeezed
pinch of salt (optional)
Mix in a bowl and serve with your favorite chips! Sluuurrrp!
